TEAM Kiwi 2024/2025 Season
Thank you to all our players and parents for a truly great 2023/2024 season. We expanded our club to 24 teams, built a second brand new facility, and continued to be the BEST club in Tampa Bay.
TEAM Kiwi traveled the country and participated in 37 different tournament events. Our teams won a ton of medals, three more Junior Olympic Bids (including the clubs first Open Bid), and had two teams place in the top 3 and a top 5 finish at AAU Nationals.
Off the court, TEAM Kiwi had another 16+ players commit to college programs, including players from our girls’ and boys’ teams. Our players were awarded FHSAA Players of the Year, AVCA Phenom Watch List, AVCA All -American Watch List, had multiple AAU All-Americans, and a Junior Olympic All American.

TRYOUT FAQ'S
How do I know what age group my player should register/play?
The rule of thumb is how old will your athlete be between July 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025.
Please reference USAV’s age chart:
2024-2025 Season Age Definitions
18 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2006 (including high school graduates eligible based on the above paragraph)
18 and Under Division: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2005 and a high school student in the twelfth (12th) grade or below during some part of the current academic year are eligible to compete on 18 and under teams.
17 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2007
16 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2008
15 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2009
14 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2010
13 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2011
12 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2012
11 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2013
10 and Under: Players who were born on or after July 1, 2014
How can my athlete get ready for tryouts?
We are hosting Summer camps and clinics May-July for all athletes to train for our club tryouts. Click here for a list of all available summer programs.
When and how long is the season?
Girls Practices begin in November. Club volleyball season runs through the end of April or first few weeks in May (depending on age group and team level). National Teams practice through June and go to AAU Nationals. Teams who earn a bid to USAV Nationals from a Qualifier will continue their season through the end of June or first week of July (depending on age group).
Boys practice starts in October.
What is my player’s tournament schedule?
Schedules for the 2024-2025 season have not been sanctioned or finalized by USAV or the Florida Region. Final schedules should be confirmed and available to teams in mid-October. Once schedules are finalized, you will receive an email for TEAM Kiwi admin and be able to view your team's schedule.
Dates you need to Know
At Tryouts:
Please have a smartphone, tablet or laptop.
Please know your SportsEngine login.
Please be prepared to make a deposit to accept a spot on a team.
How to accept a spot on a team:
1: Do online paperwork (takes 5 min or less)
2: Log into Sportsengine and make your first payment (takes less than 5 min). Your first payment is your down payment for the season.
Jersey size out and number selection will be done at tryouts

2024/2025 Club Season Prices
Our club fees are “all in” pricing that includes all practices, tournaments, coaching, jerseys, t-shirts, etc.
Parents are responsible for travel and all USAV & AAU cards.
Parents can pay over 10-12 months (depending on team) on Sportsengine or can pay in full by check or cash.
Girls National Teams
National Girls Teams
Players looking to play at the collegiate level and will commit to a heavy training schedule. National teams will travel out of the state multiple times to National Level events.
We can have multiple National Teams per age group.
